All ingredients except salt are certified organic.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
It is characterized by its delicate taste, the very delicate flavor of perfectly blended black pepper and meat.
It is a seasoned sausage with coarse grinding of pork and spices, with a compact consistency, a slightly intense pink color, with the presence of small fatty parts in the center and on the sides of the slice, well spaced.
It is obtained from the exclusive grinding of the pork leg according to the "acrese" tradition (place of origin of the product).
The sizes range from approximately 250 gr. to 400 gr.
