ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
It is characterized by its delicate, very aromatic taste and appearance.
It is a seasoned sausage made of pork and spices, with a medium-compact consistency but spreadable at room temperature, dark red color, with a very intense aroma and flavor.
The sizes range from 250 gr. to 3 kg.
PRODUCT STORAGE:
Whole s/v: Store at a temperature between 2°C and 4°C
In slices s/v: store between 2°C and 4°C
SHELF-LIFE:
-‘Nduja 0.25 Kg whole: 6 months from packaging (in optimal storage conditions)
MATURING:
1.5 kg,3 kg: ≥10 weeks
up to approx. 500gr: ≥6 weeks
