Herbed lard 400gr

INGREDIENTS: whole pork lard, salt, pepper powder

All ingredients except salt are certified organic.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

lard is a product for connoisseurs characterized by a sweet and delicate taste made without aromas, none are added in brine or during seasoning, only sweet pepper powder is present in the covering both for tradition and for protection from external agents. The smells, flavors and aromas that it releases, both raw on a slice of warm bread, and when cooked on any dish are unmistakable. On the palate it melts like butter in contact with the taste buds, sweetness and delicacy first and then flavor emerge gradually melting in a perfect union. It is a whole seasoned salami, very compact consistency, pinkish white color in the center.

The sizes range from 0.50 kg for slices to about 4.00 kg for the whole.

PRODUCT STORAGE:

Store at a temperature between 2 C° and 4 C°

SHELF-LIFE:

6 months from packaging in optimal storage conditions.

MATURING:

≥ 16 weeks
